What is Neufund

Essentially, Neufund is a brand new way of raising capital. Its Equity Token Offering (ETO) is a hybrid investment model combining the advantages of an Initial Public Offering (IPO), an Initial Coin Offering (ICO), and a Venture Capital (VC) round, which allows any kind of company to issue equity tokens on a blockchain.

And not only can pretty much any startup or established company raise funds on the platform, but it also allows anyone to invest in those companies collectively and reap the benefits of successful ventures, through it’s NEU token.

The Neumark (NEU) token is an Etheruem ERC20 token with a current supply of 53,020,957 tokens and a max supply of 1,500,000,000 tokens.

Equity Tokens

NEU is an equity token, which Neufund chose because equity tokens host a number of advantages to other types of tokens. Equity tokens represent ownership of an asset and:

they are proven and are very similar to stocks & shares,
they allow you to keep control of your company as the tokens can be issued as non-voting shares,
the tokens will retain their value as long as your company is being profitable,
they align your interests with your investor’s interests,
they’re usually regulated which means you can remain safe and calm.

As stated, any kind of company can run an ETO. The benefits of doing so include the facts that the tokens are easy to:

purchase and trade,
compliant with regulations.

The company can choose either public or private placement, among other benefits.
